Lombock is a place with a special music style with many
traditional dances which are used during ceremonies for new seasons,
different cycles of life..

 

Handycraft :

Lombock handycraft is mainly made of usuals objects, like baskets, poteries and textiles.
Natural materials from the island and ancestral techniques are used for the production.

Traditions :

Lombok is the origin of a single native religion in Indonesia, a complicated mix of 3 religions :
Hindouism, Islam and Animism. The Weltu Talu is based on the trinity principe,
the sun, the moon and the stars represent Heaven, Hearth and Water.

The Hadat (law and traditional believes) imposes nowadays the respect between different religions.
